An Angelic Incarnation to Convert Satan

Subject: Question about Archangel
Question: I have a strange but serious question.
This is a story that I heard and I was wondering about how true it could possibly be.
It involves an archangel being born on earth a few years ago. He is tortured, abused, humiliated and almost killed. He himself does not know that he is an angel. He does not know whom to trust on the outside because people try to trick and fool him - although he has a good sense of
right and wrong. He goes into deep trances sometimes where he can see visions of light and can see the past and the future and other angels.
But when he reverts back out of the trance, he is clueless about what is going on - and he is a simpleton. The devil tries to corrupt his mind and thoughts and actions over a period of time. The angel is sent to love and bring back the devil, rather than kill him. The devil instead
fights with him in his mind, rather than physically. The angel's love is not able to conquer the devils hatred. He does not have the strength left in him, and the other angels pull him out of the situation. The angel does not turn evil but just lives as an ordinary person after this.
Is this story possible? That an archangel could be sent to earth to convert the devil before the final conflict?
That he would be clueless about his role most of the time - except when he went into a trance.
What would happen to him after this? What would/should he be doing next?
Can someone teach an archangel? Is he now a fallen angel?
Thank you for taking the time and patience. I am not trying to waste
your time. Peace.
Answer: It's a very interesting question Sam.
There is of course the account of angels impregnating human women in Genesis. These half-breeds were called the nephilim. But for a full angel, let alone an archangel, to come in the manner you describe, I'd find difficult to accept. I don't believe an angel could take birth from a
human being. It would be like a human being born of a frog or the like.
The notion of half-angels doing so was noteworthy enough to include in the Torah as an amazing thing (there is a reference to nephilim after the flood, so it wasn't just a once time event).
It would certainly be possible that an angel might don human flesh for some divine mission and purpose, but not be born of a woman. The angel would materialize in some manner.
As for his mission, no, I would consider that a biblical impossibility. When the Holy prophets speak, they do so through the knowledge of God. God, seeing in all directions equally, knows how the final conflict will come about and has spoken of it clearly. For Satan to be redeemed, at
least prior to the end of the millennial reign, would violate the revealed restoration of the earth and the prophetic way this is to transpire. So, personally, I'd find this impossible to accept without some sort of serious evidence.
The angelic traditions of course have myriad levels of notions, and I am speaking from a biblical point of view here.
The Bible, as I read it, reveals an ongoing war in which angels and demons fight, sometimes on the earthly plane. An angel might come here to take out certain demons or to alter key situations, but an archangel would know better than to attack Satan. Even Jesus refused to do this, saying instead, may the Lord rebuke thee!
My honest guess here, I say guess because I have no way of knowing you understand, is that the person is either suffering from a psychiatric confusion or a dark spiritual overshadowing in which some negative spirit presence wishes to deceive him.
All beings learn and grow, but again the idea of human beings teaching an angel anything… I can't believe it.
Hope this helps,
